Applying logos to clothing has been practiced since ancient times
Merchants, when sending goods to far‑off lands, marked them with the logo or trademark of their manufactory (that is, if the goods were truly of good quality)
Many still remember how, in Soviet times, anything with labels in a non‑Russian language inspired awe in those around
Applying a logo to a product mainly serves to distinguish one’s goods from those of competitors
At first, a company’s logo earns consumers’ trust, and later, the logo alone can signal to the buyer that they are purchasing a product of proven quality.
Later, the logo or brand begins to live a life of its own — it is bought and sold like a product
Over time, certain standards emerge in society that a quality product or service must meet. In the territories of the former USSR, these standards come from the West.
We can no longer imagine an employee’s clothing or a worker’s uniform from a well‑known global company without the company logo on it.
This is already becoming a kind of standard that guarantees a high level of service
