Unlike stitches on a quilting machine, a quilting on an embroidery machine has a number of features:

The quilting is made not on an endless roll, but on a piece of fabric having limiting dimensions.
We can offer a multicolor quilting - up to 15 colors of the thread in the pattern.
Quilting is possible on thick materials such as genuine leather and imitation leather, and on very thin materials such as veil and grid. It is also possible to stitch on elastic fabrics.
As a lining material it is possible to use synthetic winterizer, foam rubber and other porous materials to add volume.
We have no limit on the minimum or maximum order quantity.

Maximum dimensions of parts for quilting on an embroidery machine

To date, we can offer a quilting of fabric parts with a size of 1300 x 1000 mm for patterns that cannot be divided into several embroidery heads.

If the pattern allows the division and docking of elements, then the size of the stitches is limited by the size of the border - 6000 x 1300 mm or 6750 x 750 mm.

When stitching on a multi-head embroidery machine, the rapport pattern needs to be adjusted to the distance between the heads.

Today, a quilted fabric is used for the manufacture of furniture, bags, clothes, interior items and car interiors.
